Volunteers
Thank you to all the volunteers who make our sale possible!
Opportunities include working the sales floor, helping with check-in or assisting with set-up and take down. Shifts are three hours each. As a thank you, volunteers shop the pre-sale on Thursday, March 1 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Be the first to see all our merchandise by volunteering to help!
No Show Policy
We count on all of our volunteers to work the shifts they sign up for. If you register to volunteer and do not show for your shift, you will be subject to the following:
Consignors: If you are a registered consignor and do not show for your shift, you will incur a $10 no show fee.
Volunteers: If you are registered as a Volunteer only and do not show for your shift, you will NOT be able to register to volunteer for the Fall Sale.
We understand that uncontrollable situations occur. Please let us know of ANY situation preventing you from fulfilling your shift. You may call before or during the sale events to notify a committee member of your absence. This will count as an excused absence and there will be no penalty. Please also consider registering for another available volunteer shift if you are unable to make your originally scheduled shift.
Nursery for Volunteers
Nursery is available at no charge for volunteers and only during volunteer shifts. Childcare is available for children up to 6 years of age. Please keep in mind our nursery is nut free. Also, we do not provide food during nursery, so remember to send a drink or snack with your child(ren).
To request nursery, please email the volunteer coordinator Michele Neely at mneelyga@gmail.com and include your name, shift you are working and the name and age of your child. Nursery reservations must be made by Friday, February 17th. You will be emailed a nursery confirmation.
Nursery is NOT availabe for the Wednesday set-up shift due to the time of evening. Thank you for understanding.
Online Sign Up Information
We offer a service that allows you to volunteer online. This system allows you to see how many shifts are available and which shifts are needed the most for properly staffing our sale. Please consider filling one of the high priority shifts first.
- First, go to our website address and the Registration link. Be sure to always login through this link or you will be prompted for a print code.
- If you have never sold with this sale AND/OR you do not have a User ID and password, then click on Create an Account and follow the prompts. If you did use this tagging system last season with this sale and just forgot your login information, please just click on "Forgot Password Or User ID?" or contact your consignment owner.
- If you do have a User ID and password from a previous sale with us, then just click on Register Here on our website.
- After you have registered, select the Volunteer link from the top blue banner or in the list of options below.
- The volunteer page will tell you the available shifts start and end time as well as their priority.
- Check the shift or shifts that you are available to work and hit the Add me to selected shift(s) button.
